Do I need to be technical to run my own mail server?+
Not even slightly. Day to day it feels like any domain-and-inbox management platform: buy a domain, create an inbox, connect your sequencer. The only real reminder that you own a mail server is the bill: raw server cost instead of a bloated SaaS subscription. Can I bring domains I already own?+
Absolutely. Import them in a couple of clicks, or buy cheap ones straight from the panel. Either way, every domain is authenticated automatically: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and rDNS, configured the moment it lands.
How fast can I start sending?+
Your server is online, platform installed and hosted at your own domain, within 72 hours of the call. Warmup then runs in your own sequencer on the Playbook formula, around three weeks, and you’re at full volume.
Will it work with my sequencer?+
Yes. Your inboxes connect over SMTP exactly like the ones you rent today: Smartlead, Instantly, lemlist, Reply, Clay, Apollo, all of it.
I only send a few hundred emails a day. Is this for me?+
